The 0,50 hectares vineyard belongs to the Bussia’s property and it’s located in front of the farmhouse: it’s 380 meters upon the sea level, south/south-west exposed. The name should come from the old owner, a Savoia Cavalry’s Colonel. This vineyard is about 70 years old, the planting layout is 2,40 * 0,90 meters, wine growth system: guyot. The winter pruning and the summer thinning are strict and stern and they bring to a 50/60 quintals of yield per hectare.
